Kemarin (Monday) i taught Science subject. The topic was about muscles. It caught my interest to post one particular information which i think is good to share in here.

It says, 'You use 17 muscles to SMILE and 43 muscles to FROWN. So, SMILE more often because it is less tiring'

memang benar la a, n terfikir tah ku jua, sama lah hal nya mun kn marah2 sja... capat keradut mua...  :)
